We will announce registration details and our list of speakers soon, so for now we only ask that anyone interested saves the date.

The Royal Society of Arts, in collaboration with the Ukrainian Institute London, the Delegation of Flanders (Embassy of Belgium) in the UK and Ireland, Finnish Institute in the UK and Ireland, the Cyprus High Commission and EUNIC London (European Union National Institutes for Culture), will host a discussion on:
Global environmental challenges: Lessons from Ukraine discussion event
What can other parts of the world learn from Ukraine, as it pioneers bringing acts of ecocide into the discussion of justice in the context of war?
The speakers include Marjukka Porvari who works as an environmental expert at the European Commission’s Ukraine Service under the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations. Marjukka Porvari has over 20 years of experience of working for the third sector, central government and research institutions, focusing especially on environmental issues in Eastern Europe.
